Update 6th July 2020
Dear Parent/Carer,
We are please to inform you that our broadband connection issue at CLCC has been resolved meaning that all students can sign into Office365/Teams/ShowMyHomework again.
Students will be able to use Microsoft Teams to access their online live lessons today with their teacher as they have done before.

Dear Parent/Carer,
We are experiencing some issues with our broadband connection at College tonight (Sunday) which is causing some difficulties for students signing into Microsoft Teams. This may affect our Year 10 and 12 lessons on Monday 6th July.
We hope that the issue will be resolved early on Monday morning, but given that your child may have online lessons on Monday we thought best to warn you that they might struggle to get signed into teams.
We will do our best to keep you up to date with the situation and an expected time for when the issue will be resolved. For now, we would recommend that your child continues to try to sign into teams at the start of their online lessons tomorrow (Monday 6th July).
If you also have a child in years 7, 8 or 9 this issue won’t affect their ability to watch the online live teams event (on Monday this is a literacy event).
