Last Saturday at Burbage common was the final Cross Country league race of the season.
Countesthorpe Leysland Community College students took part in this challenging event and achieved some fantastic results.
A massive congratulations to our Year 8/9 Junior Girls (Scarlet, Eleanor, Poppy, Lyla and Ruby) who won gold! All the girls have shown amazing commitment and dedication over the past few months and fully deserved their success!
In addition, our Year 7 students Matilda and Megan have been selected to represent Leicestershire at the National Finals on the 23rd March. Well done girls!
