Over the summer a group of Countesthorpe Leysland Community College students helped to support Leicestershire County Council Library Service's 'Mischief Makers' reading challenge.
The students worked in Blaby and Wigston libraries to support younger children read using the theme of the 80th Anniversary of the Beano comic as the inspiration.
Our students spoke to parents and children about the event, promoted the pleasure of reading and gained experience of working in a library.
