A reminder that our Induction Days, for students who are joining us in the new academic year, are on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th June.
If you have not already told us that you are attending the Induction Days, please confirm your attendance to our Induction Days by completing this registration document CLICK HERE .
Please also complete the form to tell us if you are not attending as it is important that we know who will be coming so that we can ensure that we have suitable staffing.
- Please arrive by 9am in the Countesthorpe Theatre for a welcome assembly. The assembly will begin promptly at 9am. Please enter through the Main Reception entrance and go straight into the Theatre.
- Day 2 will commence promptly at 9am - arrival to tutor room identified in day 1 and both days we will finish at 1.50pm.
- Please bring paper and normal lesson resources as you will be participating in lessons and receiving your transition work to complete over the summer.
- Current Countesthorpe Academy Students will need to bring in their lanyard in order to purchase food from the Fuel Bar. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own food.
- Students who are not current Year 11 students at Countesthorpe Academy can purchase food with cash.
It is an expectation that all applicants will attend these days as it is an opportunity to meet with your class teachers, tutor and the Sixth Form Leaders. We will also issue transition work which provides vital bridging work to be completed over the summer in order to help you prepare for the beginning of your chosen A-Level courses.
