⭐📜To kick off National Apprenticeship Week at Countesthorpe Academy, Hive Sixth Form welcomed back Morgan who successfully completed his A Levels at Hive Sixth Form in 2023. Morgan is currently studying for a Degree Level Apprenticeship at Jaguar Land Rover and came back to school to share his experiences of this amazing career.

📚📅Students in Key Stages 4 and 5 will take part in Apprenticeship events in CREW and PREP this week and are invited to join an online Apprenticeship Fair with UNIFROG on Wednesday.

📜The EPQ is a unique DIY A-level offered to Hive sixth form students.  The students involved have a diverse array of topics to share with you!  There is everything from dark matter to natural prisons and optimism to aviation!!!

📚Year 11 students may find the event particularly interesting, as it offers an insight into this additional qualification option.  Come and find out more…⭐

🎭✨ Grease – The Musical! ✨🎭

What an incredible show! Our talented students brought the rockin’ 1950s to life with dazzling performances, energetic choreography, and unforgettable tunes. 🎶💃

Months of hard work, dedication, and teamwork paid off, and the audience was blown away! The feedback has been amazing:

“A breathtaking performance!”
“I can’t wait to be in a future show!”
⭐ “Grease performance has truly gone above my expectations from the school and delivered a breathtaking performance

A huge thank you must go to Mrs Richards for her incredible directing skills, bringing this production to life with her vision and dedication. A special thanks also to Mrs. Ford for her outstanding vocal coaching, ensuring every note was pitch-perfect, and to Mrs. Howden and Mr. Green for their brilliant choreography, which made the dance numbers truly unforgettable.

Thank you also to our amazing backstage crew for all of their help behind the scenes, the show wouldn’t have been a success without them.

Until next time—keep rockin’ and rollin’, Rydell style!
