Every Friday at CA, we take a moment to shine a spotlight on students who truly embody our values of Respect, Resilience, and Success.
Today, Mrs Aitcheson welcomed another group of incredible students for a well-deserved treat and a chat over hot chocolate (and maybe even a milkshake!). Whether it’s showing kindness, going the extra mile in class, or representing CA with pride, these students are making a real difference — and we couldn’t be prouder.
👏 Let’s give a big round of applause to this week’s nominees — you inspire us all!

Today, our students and staff took a well-deserved break from the classroom during CREW time to enjoy a refreshing Wellbeing Walk around our beautiful school grounds. 🚶♀️🚶♂️
This special event was all about taking time to connect with nature, each other, and ourselves — promoting positive mental health and a sense of community. 💚
Thank you to everyone who took part and made it such a meaningful experience. Let’s keep making time for wellbeing, one step at a time. 🌞✨

This week at CA, our amazing students were treated to something extra special at Hot Chocolate with the Head!
Instead of the usual hot chocolate, they enjoyed delicious milkshakes, freshly baked cookies, and even received Jump the Queue passes! 🎟️✨
It was a fantastic way to celebrate their hard work, kindness, and contributions to our school community. 💙
Well done to all our stars – you’ve earned it! 🌟

🌟 On Tuesday 24th June, our incredible Stephen Lawrence Ambassadors from Countesthorpe Academy attended a powerful student conference at De Montfort University. 🌍✨
Students from across Leicestershire came together to share the inspiring ways they are working to end racism and carry forward Stephen Lawrence’s legacy of hope, unity, and change. 💛
Our students were especially honoured to meet Baroness Doreen Lawrence, who attended the event to share her experiences and celebrate the amazing work being done by young people across the county. Her presence made the day even more meaningful and memorable. 🙏
We are so proud of our ambassadors for representing Countesthorpe with passion, purpose, and pride. Together, we are building a brighter, fairer future. 🙌
