We were delighted to welcome Sgt David Bailey from the Royal Air Force today, who shared their personal experiences of serving in the RAF and provided an insight into the wide range of career opportunities available.
Students learned about the many and varied roles within the RAF, from engineering and intelligence to logistics, healthcare, aviation, cyber security and more. They also gained an understanding of the training, skills and personal development opportunities that a career in the RAF can offer.
This visit forms part of our Aspire Programme, which is designed to broaden students’ horizons and expose them to career pathways they may not have previously considered. By hearing directly from professionals and employers, students can make more informed decisions about their futures and discover opportunities that match their interests and ambitions.
A huge thank you to our guest for inspiring students and helping them explore the exciting possibilities available within one of the UK’s most respected organisations.
