Last Thursday our Year 7/8 Girls Football team travelled to Aylesford School and Sixth Form to play their U13 PlayStation Cup Round 5 fixture.
The opposing team got off to a quick start and scored two goals within the first 15 minutes of the game. This woke the girls up, with most the possession belonging to CLCC in Aylesford's half.
The girls finally managed to break through during the second half when Erin scored from a corner. However, with some good goalkeeping from the opposing team, it wasn't to be, with the team losing 2-1.
All the squad members have played a massive role getting the team this far in the competition, and we are all extremely proud of them.
