Year 12 Progress Data Now Available

Year 12 data has been published on MyEd and although we would have liked to provide written information to support this data, due to the current situation we have not been able to do this.

We hope that students are continuing to make progress with the online and remote learning methods that we have worked hard to produce.  Please do encourage your young person in routinely completing this work to the best of their ability and remind them to ask their subject teacher for support when they need it.  Our teachers are doing their best to remain as available as possible so students can continue to find support as they need it.

Students will begin to consider their next stages and start to think about University applications, between now and the Summer is a great time to be thinking about what to do after Sixth Form.  We will begin a programme of support (remotely) in the Summer Term where we look at University and alternative places of study and employment and support in starting to think about applications.

Finally, many thanks for your continued support during this challenging time. Please take a moment to talk to your son or daughter about these results and discuss how they can continue to make progress using the online support that we have made available through Show My Homework and through teacher emailed support systems.

Students’ well being remains our priority.  Please ensure that you are aware of online well being assistance such as kooth.com and youngminds.org.uk and take care of yourselves and your family during these challenging times.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs Challinor

Assistant Principal
