Well Being Quote of the Week

Our student Health and Well-Being team work across the College helping other students keep mentally fit and happy.

Each week the team work provide guidance to other students on practical ways they can look after themselves, and also give students little ‘pep talks’ to help boost their confidence, motivation and self-esteem.

This week the team are working on helping others develop their resilienc . With this in mind, “Some days you just have to create your own sunshine”.
