Dear Parents/Carers of Year 9 Students,
The Local Health Authority will be in College on 10th February 2020 as part of the Teenage Booster and Meningitis Vaccination Programme for Young People. It is hoped that all students in Year 9 will take part.
These routine vaccinations ensure continued protection against tetanus, diphtheria, polio and provide protection against meningitis. Further information and consent forms are attached to this information.
Please note that the College does not have any paper copies of the Consent Form.
