We are so excited to welcome Kelechi Iheanacho to Countesthorpe Leysland Community College today!
Kelechi, a current star of the Leicester City squad and Nigerian national team, will be attending today as part of our festival of football.
Taking the place of Ben Chilwell who sadly can’t make today due to scheduling difficulties, Kelechi will be on hand to answer student questions, share his experience of playing for LCFC, Manchester City, and playing in the U-17 World Cup where he won the Golden Ball Award.
Kelechi will also take part in the FIFA ‘19 tournament and start the U13 Girls’ match.
It’s going to be an amazing day and we can’t wait!
