Year 7 have been introduced to the rich and varied language of Uncle Bill (William Shakespeare) through the study of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. This is a “play within a play” and the humour within it makes it an excellent medium to introduce Shakespearean vocabulary and the context of England during that time.
Here we have an excellent example of a Year 7 work. Evelyn has written a diary entry, in role as Hermia; considering her friendship with Helena and the events between Lysander and Demetrius. She has also made it look very striking, visually.
