Year 11 Parents: Help your child succeed with revision (New Date & Location)

Do you want to help your child do their best in their GCSE exams, but aren't sure what they need to know or do? Then we have the answer!

We are offering a 90 minute session to Year 11 parents where a general introduction will be given on the research behind good revision and then Heads of Maths. English and Science departments will be offering details specific to the core subjects.

English:
A workshop on GCSE English Language will involve looking at some sample papers, then discussing time management and key skills required to do well in this subject.

Maths:
The maths session will highlight a the best way to prepare for the summer. You will have a chance to see the resources we have provided to all students, including our Past-Paper Booklets and our Personalised Learning Checklist we have issued. There will also be information about several online resources which we subscribe to, including MyMaths and the PiXL Maths App.

Science:
In science we will be looking at the materials available to support good revision techniques, the requirements of the examinations and how the two marry up to get great results.
